What Trends Have we Seen in the First Month of 2024


Buyer Numbers Registered by Holden Estate Agents

The number of new buyers registering on our database is up 45% in January 2024 compared to the same time last year. This is a positive sign to show more confidence in the housing market.

Sales 5% Down on Same Time Last Year.
There is certainly more positivity around the housing market compared to the start of 2023. It will be interesting to see whether February sales numbers beat 2023 levels.
