Maldon Property Market Update - January 2022

As we enter the final few days of January, lets take a look at what's happened in the Maldon property market in the first month of 2022.

New Year... Same Property Market?

Strong Buyer Demand Continues

During 2021 we experienced a high demand from buyers looking to purchase property in Maldon. Early signs show no signs of a slow down. Our office has registered 533% more buyers in this month (January 2022) than December 2021.

More homes in Maldon enter the market

With the continued demand, it is a positive sign to see more houses entering the market. Compared to November 2021 (December wouldn't be a fair comparison due to less people putting their houses for sale just before Christmas) we have seen a 26% increase of new instructions coming onto the market.
