Christmas in Maldon always feels a bit different.
The lights are up, Promenade Park looks great on a cold winter walk, and the High Street has that familiar Christmas buzz. It’s a good reminder of why we enjoy working here and being part of a town we know so well.
As the year comes to an end, we wanted to say thank you. Thank you for choosing Holden Estate Agents, for trusting us with your move, and for the many conversations we’ve had over the last twelve months — whether that’s selling, buying, or simply talking through options.
Looking back on the year.
2025 has been another busy one. We’ve helped people move on, move up, downsize, and relocate — often juggling chains, deadlines and the realities of modern moving. It’s never just about property for us; it’s about people, timing and getting things right.
Moving home is stressful enough without gimmicks or over-promising. That’s why we focus on straight answers, honest advice and being available when you need us. No scripts, no pressure — just proper estate agency, done locally.

We’re especially grateful for the feedback we’ve received this year, which has once again led to national recognition for customer service. Awards are never the goal, but they do matter — because they come directly from the people we work for.
