Reports of a 3 month extension to the current stamp duty holiday is circulating in the press this morning. In the Times, an article written by their political correspondent suggests that the current holiday, due to end on 31 March 2021, is being extended to the end of June 2021. Formal confirmation of this will come in next weeks budget.
