On Sunday 27 April, Ryan will be running the London Marathon in memory of his son, Bailey Holden.

He is raising money for Little Haven's Children's Hospice.

When a child has been diagnosed with a complex or incurable condition, Little Havens can provide the care they need, ‘making every day count’.

From first hand experience, Little Havens work closely with families to ensure their care and support is the best it can possibly be, so the whole family can get the most from life, and create as many memories as possible.

Most of the babies, children and young people Little havens care for have conditions that limit their life expectancy, making it even more special and important for them and their families to make every day of their lives together count.

Any donation, however big or small, will be greatly appreciated. The link to donate is below. Thank you.

For tenants, April is a useful point to pause and plan. With rents still rising across the UK and the first phase of rental reform approaching in England, this is a good time to review your budget, renewal options and next move.

Searching for the right home can be overwhelming. Use this practical checklist to stay organised, confident and ready to act when the right property appears.
