Phil Shortlisted for Peoples Award at 2026 ESTAS

On 16 October the ESTAS awards will take place, and Phil has had a personal nomination for a 2026 peoples award.

Phil Has Been Shortlisted for The ESTAS People Awards 2026

We are delighted to say that Phil has been shortlisted for The ESTAS People Awards 2026, recognising individuals who have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to supporting clients throughout the property journey.

The ESTAS is one of the UK's most established award schemes for the residential property sector, recognising agents, conveyancers and mortgage advisers based on verified customer reviews. Reviews can only be submitted at the conclusion of a property transaction and are subject to a rigorous verification process to ensure authenticity.

This year's shortlist was determined following the analysis of more than 300,000 customer review ratings submitted through The ESTAS platform.

The People Awards category highlights individuals who have consistently made a positive difference to their clients' experience. Just sixty property professionals from across the UK have been shortlisted this year.

Simon Brown, Founder of The ESTAS Group, commented:
"The ESTAS People Awards is a reminder that, despite the bricks and mortar, we all work in a people industry. These nominations are based purely on the thousands of comments we received through our customer review platform, so the nominees can be extremely proud of their achievement."

Ten shortlisted individuals will be recognised with a Highly Commended People Award at the 23rd annual ESTAS ceremony, which takes place in London on 16 October. The awards will be presented by property expert Phil Spencer in front of more than 1,200 property professionals from across the UK.

Phil Spencer said:
"Great customer service can only be achieved through human interaction, so The People Awards really encapsulates what The ESTAS is all about. To make the shortlist is a significant achievement in itself."
