What trends have we seen in the first month of 2023

Firstly, we are still seeing buyer registrations and a demand for homes in the Maldon area, which is a positive sign. We are seeing "quality over quantity" when it comes to viewing numbers on properties locally.

Our sales levels have been identical for January 2023 compared to January 2022, which shows there is still a market for anyone looking to sell.

There is now more choice in the market (our stock levels have increased 166% since the same time last year). With more choice for buyers, having the right estate agent to guide you through the local housing market will be vital to agree a sale!
