New listings are 3% down on the same time last year.

What does this tell us?

We have seen a consistent increase of new properties entering the market for sale over the last year, so it is a little surprise to see this figure down. There remains a good choice for buyers in the local market.

Next, let’s review the number of property sales that have been agreed.

Sales are up 52% compared to the same time last year.

What does this tell us?

After the strong sales figures in December 2024 and January 2025, it's reassuring to see that sales levels are still increasing, suggesting a continued positive trend and stable demand moving into the new year.

Finally let's take a look at price reductions.

Price reductions are up 63% on the same time last year.

What does this tell us?
