Is it all doom and gloom in the local housing market? As we always do at this time of the month, lets firstly take a look at local market activity for February 2023, and compare this to the same time last year.

Price reductions are up 244% on the same time last year.


What do These Figures Tell us?


With more houses coming onto the market, buyers have more choice. Over the last two years (post COVID) we have seen stock levels reduce to historic lows. We are now seeing these levels return to more familiar pre COVID levels. We are in a housing market where properties are not simply selling themselves.
