With more houses coming onto the market, buyers have more choice. Over the last two years (post COVID) we have seen stock levels reduce to historic lows. We are now seeing these levels return to more familiar pre COVID levels. We are in a housing market where properties are not simply selling themselves. The staff at Holden Estate Agents have experienced all types of housing market so are well placed to provide any buyers or sellers solid advice about moving in the current market.
